Naagin S2 follows the heartbroken story of a Naagin who comes back from death to revenge of her lover. who was killed by the goons. For taking her revenge she has to form a human shape and in order to take revenge on the killers, she marries one of them but at the end realizes he was not the one involved in that case but his other family members. she falls in love with him. But doesn’t give up on her wish to kill all of them. and that’s how all the Naagin seasons 3, 4, and 5 story moves on, by killing and taking revenge.

Pratha gives birth to a daughter and names her Prathna. they both have been living away from Rishabh. Prathna does not know Rishabh is her father but she hates him because of the misunderstanding that he killed Jeet who was like a father figure to her. though, Rishabh was innocent. in order to take revenge on Rishabh she marries Rudra. though Pratha is living away from her love but challenges her daughter that she will prove her wrong because Rishabh can not kill anyone and she has a firm belief in him. on the other hand, Rishabh is still unaware of the reality that he had a daughter from Pratha. Moreover, Pratha meets Rishabh and tells him the whole truth about her real identity as a Shesh Naagin. in order to find the truth, Rishabh follows Zac into Vasuki Shesh Temple, who along with his men’s kidnapped Prathna. and there he comes to know that Prathna is his daughter. Zack is an evil man who aims to loot all the treasures of the hidden world along with Sanjana and Ranjit and they open the Divya Dwar to complete their wish for evil purposes. Prtahna is in anger and tries to him but her efforts go in vain and Zack attacks on Rishabh. and he falls into a coma. Prathna realizes her mistakes and joins her mother Pratha to stop Zack.
Both of them go to a party arranged by Zack where Prathna realizes that Zack was the one who killed her father, Jeet, and also harmed Rishabh. Prathna is a very strong Naagin and she takes her revenge on Zack by killing him and bringing back all the treasure to the temple at its place. Later, Rudra breaks his marriage with her because she hurts Sanjana who has caused so much harm to her family. Rudra gets engaged with Anmol just to hurt Prathna but it is later revealed to Prathna that Anmol is not a human but an Asur from Kalkeya Clan and she has killed Jeet because he was the son of Seema who is the head of Kalkeya Clan. Anmol succeeds in taking Naagmani from Prathna and she loses her all Shesh Naagin powers.
After a lot of drama, Rudra and Prathna finally reunite, Pratha asks her daughter to do Maha Sheesh Naagin poja to regain all the powers of Maha Sheesh Naagin. and while she gets busy in Pooja, Urvashi, Mahek, and Seemaenters the house and kills her mother, father and her lover Rudra. out of anger she kills Urvashi and goes inside the earth forever.
